And, I'm sure I'm not the only one feeling this way. We're always distracted, always busy, always something. What if we took just 10 minutes a day and breathed in the beauty all around us. Cleared our minds for just a few moments. Focused on finding all that we're grateful for instead of our worries or our to do lists. Try it and see what happens.
