There's something magical about summer. To me, It's not just the memories made, but all the little things in between. My childhood was filled with camping trips to beautiful places, but what I remember most is not the places so much, but the things we shared together. These are the moments that make summer. It's the ice cream on my children's faces, the smell of sunscreen, cooking and eating dinners outdoors, staying up late just to look at the stars, campfires and ghost stories with marshmallows and the smell of dried pine needles on a warm summer day in the forest. Movies, pool days, popsicles and adventures through the woods... These are the moments that I love about about summer. These are the simple joys of life that make my soul smile. Let's find the magic in these next few months of summer. Let's stop for a moment and take it all in.
